Please read these The Vault Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms”) carefully before purchasing, accessing, or participating in The Vault: Ethical Storytelling.

Introduction

The Vault: Ethical Storytelling (“The Vault”) is a paid online membership and educational community offered by Farias Heinrich International LLC d/b/a Habrá Marketing (“Habrá Marketing,” “we,” “us,” and “our”).

The Vault provides access to educational content, resources, training, community features, and other benefits related to ethical storytelling, fundraising, and communications. The Vault may include videos, recordings, presentations, trainings, templates, guides, workbooks, forms, written materials, downloadable resources, and other educational materials made available through The Vault (collectively, “Vault Content”).

These Membership Terms explain the terms that govern your purchase of, access to, and participation in The Vault.

What These Membership Terms Cover

These Membership Terms apply to all individuals and organizations that purchase, access, or participate in The Vault, including:

  • individuals who purchase a membership for their own use;
  • organizations that purchase access for members of their team;
  • individuals who receive access through an organization’s membership; and
  • consultants who purchase a membership on behalf of a client organization.

Your membership plan, billing arrangement, access period, permitted users, and included benefits may vary depending on the offer you purchased.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By purchasing a membership, clicking to accept or agree to these Membership Terms, creating or using an account to access The Vault, or otherwise accessing or participating in The Vault, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms. You also acknowledge that you have read and agreed to Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service.

If you purchase a membership on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to accept these Membership Terms on behalf of that organization.

If you access The Vault through an organization’s membership, you agree to comply with these Membership Terms as an authorized user of that organization.

If you do not agree to these Membership Terms, you may not purchase, access, or participate in The Vault.

2. Other Applicable Terms

These Membership Terms work together with:

  • Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service, which apply to your access to and use of Habrá Marketing’s Sites, Services, and Content;
  • Habrá Marketing’s Privacy Policy, which explains how Habrá Marketing collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information;
  • any community guidelines provided for The Vault; and
  • the terms and policies of any third-party platform used to provide access to The Vault.

If there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service, these Membership Terms will control with respect to your purchase of, access to, and participation in The Vault.

3. Membership Options

The Vault may be offered through different membership options, including:

  • Founding Lifetime Memberships, which were offered for a one-time payment and do not automatically renew;
  • Founding Annual Memberships purchased through Kit, which provide access for a one-year term and do not automatically renew;
  • Monthly Memberships purchased through Skool, which automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next renewal date; and
  • Annual Memberships purchased through Skool, which automatically renew each year unless canceled before the next renewal date.

The membership option you purchased determines your billing arrangement, access period, permitted users, Vault Content, and benefits.

4. Founding Lifetime Memberships

Founding Lifetime Memberships were offered before the public launch of The Vault for a one-time payment. A Founding Lifetime Membership does not automatically renew.

Lifetime Access

A Founding Lifetime Membership provides access to The Vault for as long as Habrá Marketing continues to own and operate The Vault. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of The Vault and not the lifetime of the individual member, the purchasing organization, or any Authorized User.

Founding Lifetime Member Benefits

A Founding Lifetime Membership includes the Vault Content, access rights, bonuses, and other benefits described in the founding-member offer presented at the time of purchase, including:

  • access for the purchasing organization’s team;
  • the founding-member bonus trainings identified in the offer;
  • one VIP ticket to The Ethical Nonprofit Summit™ 2027 if the Founding Lifetime Membership was purchased on or before May 30, 2026; and
  • one regular Storyteller’s Pass for The Ethical Nonprofit Summit™ 2027 if the Founding Lifetime Membership was purchased between June 1 and July 17, 2026.

Organizational Use

A Founding Lifetime Membership is limited to one organization. It may not be shared across multiple organizations or client organizations.

Consultant Purchases for Client Organizations

Consultants who purchase a Founding Lifetime Membership on behalf of a client organization may transfer the membership to that client organization. The membership may be used only for that client organization and may not be shared with or used for any other client.

Refunds For Founding Lifetime Memberships

Your satisfaction with The Vault is important to Habrá Marketing. If you participate in The Vault, apply what you learn, request support from Habrá Marketing when you need assistance, and do not believe that you have made progress on your ethical storytelling journey, you may contact Habrá Marketing to request a refund.

5. Founding Annual Memberships

Founding Annual Memberships were offered through Kit before The Vault moved to Skool for a one-year term. A Founding Annual Membership does not automatically renew.

Annual Access

A Founding Annual Membership provides access to The Vault from July 20, 2026 through July 19, 2027.

Founding Member Benefits

A Founding Annual Membership includes the Vault Content, access rights, bonuses, and other benefits described in the founding-member offer presented at the time of purchase, including:

  • access for one individual;
  • the Vault Content and resources added during the membership term;
  • the founding-member bonus trainings identified in the offer; and
  • one regular Storyteller’s Pass to The Ethical Nonprofit Summit™ 2027.

Renewal

Before the membership term ends, Habrá Marketing may offer the member an opportunity to renew at the then-current annual membership price. The membership will continue only if the member agrees to renew and completes the required payment.

6. Skool Memberships

Memberships purchased through Skool are recurring memberships that automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date. The membership plan selected at checkout determines the billing frequency, Vault Content, and benefits included with the membership.

Monthly Membership and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a monthly membership through Skool, you agree to an initial and recurring membership fee at the then-current monthly rate shown at checkout. Your monthly membership will automatically renew each month on the same calendar day as your initial purchase unless canceled before the next renewal date. For example, if your membership begins on February 7, your membership will renew on March 7, April 7, and the same calendar day each month after that. Each renewal will be charged at the membership fee in effect for your membership at the time of renewal, as described in the Changes in Membership Fees section below.

Annual Membership and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing an annual membership through Skool, you commit to a 12-month membership term at the annual rate shown at checkout. After the initial term, your annual membership will automatically renew on the same calendar date each year unless canceled before the next renewal date. For example, if your annual membership begins on February 7, 2026, it will renew on February 7, 2027, and on the same date each year after that. Each renewal will be charged at the membership fee in effect for your membership at the time of renewal, as described in the Changes in Membership Fees section below.

Membership Benefits

The Vault Content, resources, community features, and other benefits included with a Skool membership depend on the membership plan selected at checkout. Benefits may vary by membership option. A benefit included with one membership option is not necessarily included with another membership option.

7. Payment Dates And Renewal Notices

Payment Date Adjustments for Short Months

If your payment date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, and the current month has fewer days, your payment will be processed on the last day of that month. For example, if your payment date is March 31, your next payment will be processed on April 30.

Renewal Notices

Habrá Marketing will provide renewal notices, annual reminders, and other disclosures as required by applicable law. Notices may be sent by email or another method of communication associated with your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership in your Skool account settings. To avoid the next recurring charge, you must cancel before your next renewal date.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid membership period. You will continue to have access to The Vault until the end of your current paid membership period. For example, if your monthly renewal date is the 10th and you cancel on April 25, your membership will remain active until May 10, but you will not be charged again on May 10. For an annual membership, if your renewal date is February 7, 2027, and you cancel before that date, your membership will remain active until February 7, 2027, but it will not renew for another year.

8. Refunds For Skool Memberships

All initial and recurring fees paid for a membership purchased through Skool are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

9. Changes In Membership Fees

effect only at the beginning of your next monthly billing period or annual renewal term. Pricing will not change during your current paid membership period.

Before a fee increase takes effect, Habrá Marketing will provide prior notice of the new fee and the date it will apply, together with information about how to cancel your membership. You may cancel before the applicable billing or renewal date to avoid being charged the new fee.

If you do not cancel and continue your membership under the new fee, your membership will continue at the updated price.

If you cancel and later rejoin The Vault, the price available at the time you rejoin will apply.

10. Access Through Skool

The Vault is currently hosted through Skool, a third-party platform. You may be required to create and maintain a Skool account and comply with Skool’s terms and policies to access The Vault. Please see Skool’s applicable terms and policies for more information.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive instructions for accessing The Vault. You will have access to The Vault while your membership remains active, subject to these Membership Terms.

Habrá Marketing may transfer The Vault to another platform or otherwise change how members access it. If that occurs, Habrá Marketing will provide instructions for accessing The Vault through the new platform.

11. Limited Licence To Use Of Vault Content

The ownership and intellectual property provisions in Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service apply to The Vault and all Vault Content. This section explains how you may use Vault Content as part of your membership.

Access and Internal Use

Subject to these Membership Terms and your continued right to access The Vault, you may access and use the Vault Content included with your membership for your own use or the internal use of the organization covered by your membership.

If your membership includes organizational or team access, members of the covered organization’s team may use the Vault Content internally for purposes related to the organization’s ethical storytelling, fundraising, and communications practices. This may include using Vault Content for internal discussions, staff training, onboarding, and meetings, including internal lunch-and-learn sessions.

Downloadable and Adaptable Resources

You may download, print, and use Vault Content that Habrá Marketing makes available for download.

You may adapt templates, forms, guides, workbooks, or other Vault Content that Habrá Marketing identifies as customizable or provides for adaptation to your organization’s needs. Permission to adapt a resource does not transfer ownership of the original Vault Content or permit you to sell, publish, license, or distribute the original or adapted resource outside the organization covered by your membership.

Sharing Within an Organization

If your membership includes organizational or team access, you may share Vault Content internally with members of the organization covered by the membership for the permitted uses described above. You may not share Vault Content with another organization, consultant, client, or other third party unless these Membership Terms or Habrá Marketing expressly permit that use in writing.

Consultants

A consultant who purchases or holds a membership for a client organization may use the Vault Content only for the benefit of that client organization and only as permitted by these Membership Terms. The consultant may not use or share the Vault Content for another client or incorporate the Vault Content into services, products, training, or materials provided to other clients.

Access After Membership Ends

Your right to access Vault Content through The Vault ends when your right to access The Vault ends. Unless otherwise stated in these Membership Terms, you may continue to use Vault Content that you were authorized to download and retain before your access ended, subject to these Membership Terms and Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions in Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service, you may not:

  • provide Vault Content to any person or organization not covered by your membership;
  • use one membership to provide access to or use Vault Content for multiple organizations or client organizations;
  • sell, license, sublicense, publish, distribute, or separately charge for Vault Content;
  • use Vault Content for any client organization other than the client organization covered by the membership;
  • present Vault Content as your own work or remove any copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notice;
  • use Vault Content to create or provide a competing membership, course, training, workshop, template, guide, or other resource; or
  • use Vault Content in any manner not permitted by these Membership Terms.

These restrictions do not prohibit internal discussions, staff training, onboarding, meetings, lunch-and-learn sessions, or other permitted use within the individual or organization covered by the membership.

12. Community Participation

The Vault may include community features that allow members to post comments, ask questions, share information, and interact with other members. You are responsible for the information and materials you share through The Vault. Please use care when sharing information about yourself, your organization, your clients, or any other person. Habrá Marketing cannot guarantee that information shared with other members will remain confidential.

You agree to comply with any community guidelines provided for The Vault. You may not:

  • harass, threaten, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another member;
  • share another person’s confidential, private, or personal information without permission;
  • infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • use The Vault for unauthorized advertising, promotion, solicitation, or sales; or
  • post or share unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading material.

Habrá Marketing may remove any post or other material that violates these Membership Terms or the community guidelines. Habrá Marketing is not responsible for the statements, advice, materials, or conduct of other members. You are responsible for your interactions with other members and for deciding whether to rely on information shared through the community.

13. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use

To protect Habrá Marketing’s intellectual property and the confidentiality of The Vault community, you may not input, upload, share, submit, or otherwise provide any Vault Content or confidential information from The Vault to an artificial intelligence system, platform, model, or tool without Habrá Marketing’s prior written permission. This restriction applies to the use of AI tools for analysis, summarization, rewriting, editing, transformation, feedback, training, content generation, or any other purpose.

If Habrá Marketing provides additional guidance concerning the use of AI in connection with The Vault, you agree to follow those instructions. Failure to comply with this section may result in restricted, suspended, or terminated access to The Vault.

14. Changes To The Vault

Habrá Marketing may update, replace, add, or remove Vault Content, resources, guest contributors, community activities, features, or other components of The Vault. Habrá Marketing may also change the platform used to provide The Vault or how members access it. If access to The Vault moves to another platform, Habrá Marketing will provide instructions for accessing The Vault through the new platform.

Changes to The Vault do not change the membership option you purchased, including whether your membership is a Founding Lifetime Membership or a recurring Skool membership. A membership does not guarantee that any particular Vault Content, resource, contributor, community activity, platform, or feature will remain available throughout the membership.

15. Suspention And Termination

Habrá Marketing may suspend or terminate your access to The Vault if you violate these Membership Terms, Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service, applicable community guidelines, or the terms and policies of the platform used to provide The Vault. Habrá Marketing may also suspend access to a recurring Skool membership if a required payment is not successfully processed.

If your access to The Vault is suspended or terminated, you may no longer access The Vault through the membership platform. Any restrictions that apply to your use of Vault Content will continue to apply after your access ends. Termination for a violation of these Membership Terms does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law.

16. Changes To These Membership Terms

Habrá Marketing may update these Membership Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, Habrá Marketing will provide notice before the change takes effect by email, through The Vault, or by another reasonable method associated with your membership.

The updated Membership Terms will state the date they were last revised. Your continued access to or participation in The Vault after the effective date of the updated Membership Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Membership Terms, you must stop accessing and participating in The Vault and cancel any recurring membership before your next renewal date.

17. Entire Agreement

These Membership Terms, Habrá Marketing’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the applicable sales page, checkout page, or offer presented to you at the time of purchase constitute the entire agreement between you and Habrá Marketing with respect to your purchase of, access to, and participation in The Vault. These documents supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, and agreements concerning that subject matter, except for any terms expressly stated to survive or apply separately.

18. Questions And Contact Information

Please contact Habrá Marketing at admin@habramarketing.com if you have questions about these Membership Terms, your membership, billing, cancellation, or access to The Vault.
