In her signature workshop training, Diana will teach your team how she revolutionized her storytelling approach and the steps to follow so that you all can do it too. The EQUAstory™ framework takes folks step-by-step so that everyone can grasp the ethical way to tell stories and raise money for their mission.
The workshop is a 3-hour, deep-dive experience into ethical storytelling, delivered in-person or virtually. We cover interview techniques, writing, getting buy-in and so much more.

Introduction to Ethical Storytelling: “Consent is Key: Revolutionize Your Organization’s Storytelling”
In this 60-minute interactive session, participants learn how to craft inspiring narratives without violating the privacy or dignity of your clients.
Diana will guide participants through her well-structured EQUAstory™ framework and show them how to integrate this into their organization’s storytelling process – or how to begin to develop one from scratch.
When adopting this method of gathering narratives, nonprofit clients will feel appreciated and comfortable sharing their genuine experiences. Simultaneously, nonprofit staff will have a values aligned experience that will revolutionize their organization’s culture.
